Ardun Life Return Policy

30-Day Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Hygiene & Safety Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products (topical patches), returns must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with the protective seal intact, and in its original packaging. Opened or partially used patch packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process: To start a return, contact us at nadine@ardunlife.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs: free returns 

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
