Shipping policy

All orders are subject to handling and processing before shipment.

• Standard Orders (Patches, Skincare, Dry Goods): Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Perishable Goods (Seamoss Gel): Due to the perishable nature of Seamoss Gel, these orders require specific preparation and may only be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid sitting in transit over the weekend. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing.

Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
